Cotter has Brightened Rhode Island for Almost A Decade
WARWICK, R.I. (June 3, 2013) – Local resident David Cotter is celebrating a milestone with national franchisor Fish Window Cleaning®. Cotter has almost reached his 10-year anniversary, and he has renewed his contract for a continued relationship with the national franchisor.
