Friday, May 10:

  • 12 pm: Public Skating at Smithfield Municipal Ice Rink. $3 admission, $5 skate rental. Also May 12 from noon to 2 pm.
  • 2 pm: Game Day at East Smithfield Library. Test your skills on a board game. Free.

Saturday, May 11:

  • 10 am: Spring Walk at Lincoln Woods, 600 Great River Road, Lincoln. The Rhode Island Wild Plant Society hosts a stroll on the trails in Lincoln Woods Park. $5 per person.
  • 12 pm: Drop-In Crafts at Marian J. Mohr Library, Johnston. Self-directed projects for parents and kids over 3 years old. Free.
  • 5 pm: Painting Class at Paint & Vino, 150 Main St., Pawtucket. Easy and fun step-by-step acrylic painting classes in a paint and wine studio along the Blackstone River. $30.
  • 8 pm: RUNA and Stefilia's Stone Celtic Roots Concert at the Circle of Friends Coffeehouse in Franklin, MA. Show starts at 8. $20.

Sunday, May 12:

  • 10 am: Spring Craft Sale at Le Moulin in Woonsocket. Handmade jewelry, paintings, one-of-a-kind up-cycled furniture and home decor, hand knit and crochet items, books, and more.
