Dunkin’ Donuts employees appreciate tips, but we’re guessing they didn’t appreciate this one. According to reports, a 46-year-old Cranston man exposed himself to an employee at the store’s drive-through as he paid for his order. He drove off, but employees were able to get the man’s license plate number. He turned himself into East Providence police shortly after. According to records, this isn’t the first time he’s shown the full monty. Back in the 1990s, he was also charged with indecent exposure.

Quit While You’re Ahead

The concept of “cutting your losses” appears to have been lost on one Woonsocket man last week during his stay in a Woonsocket jail cell. Police initially arrested the man for driving on a suspended license and carrying an illegal knife. The man acquired another charge of vandalism after he allegedly broke the Plexiglass of his cell. According to reports, the 29-year-old man was trying to get his girlfriend, who was in an adjacent cell, to calm down. The man was then brought to the hospital after allegedly telling police he had swallowed some pills earlier and needed medical assistance.

A Cheaper Alarm System

A Barrington couple learned that you don’t necessarily need to dump thousands of dollars on a high-grade alarm system for your home this past week. According to reports,  – but not by an alarm system or a barking dog. The homeowner said he and his wife had fallen asleep on the couch that night, just seven feet from the door. Seeing the couple, the man fled the scene. Police were unable to find the man.

Woman, On Way to Court for License Violation, Charged With License Violation

It must have seemed like Groundhog Day for one Pawtucket woman last week when she was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license twice in eight days. The second time police encountered the woman was after she allegedly got into a minor car accident outside of Dunkin’ Donuts. She told officers she was heading to court ... to answer for her previous charge of driving with a suspended license.
