Wickford Barracks: Troopers arrest man on suspended license warrant after traffic stop
On Jan. 3., 2013, at 3 p.m., Troopers arrested David Estrada, age 25, of 10 West St., Woonsocket, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License from the Smithfield Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Estrada was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
