5 Things: Scary Start to October

A talk on hunting ghosts at Greenville LIbrary tops today's 5 Things to Know for the first day of October.

 

1. Scary Start: Halloween may be at the end of the month, but Greenville Public Library is getting an early start with tonight's visit by Smithfield resident Andrew Lake presenting starting at 6:30 pm. Registration required. Call (401) 949-3630 ext. 1 or sign-up at www.yourlibrary.ws

2. School Board: The Smithfield School Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 pm inside the high school's media center.
