Finlay To Present "State of the Town" Address Jan. 22

Event is free, but registration is required.

 

If you've got some free time Jan. 22 at 8 a.m. and you'd like an overview of the state of the town, you can attend Town Manager Dennis Finlay's "State of the Town Address" at Navigant Credit Union, 1005 Douglas Pike.

Finlay will recap his administration's accopmpishments for 2012 and will discuss the outlook for 2013. He will discuss issues such as; results of the June 30, 2012 audit, the town's comprehensive plan, private pension plan status, water department consolidation, capitol needs, the proposed private future building plans in town and along the RT 116/7 corridor, statewide permit process and the fiscal year 2014 budget status.

Coffee and breakfast pastries will be served.

There is no charge to attend the meeting, but registration is necessary - register online at the Northern RI Chamber site.
